GET STARTED!

Depending on your role, you will want to view the appropriate section for more information on starting your assessment. If you are a part of multiple roles/entities, then you can switch between accounts by selecting the drop-down menu in the top right of your Praesidium Assessment Tool navigation bar.

Getting Started as an Assessor

Before you begin, please review the Glossary & Roles. Understanding these definitions will help you move through the remaining set-up steps more smoothly.

Coordinate with your administrator about when you should complete assessments. Assessments completed at lower entities will have their results roll-up to their parent entity (Tier 1).

Complete assessment(s). Users with the "Edit Assessment" permission have the ability to take and edit an assessment. If your organization has multiple tiers, please use the following steps:

Review and manage your organization set-up by clicking on your name in the navigation menu of the Praesidium Assessment Tool and then selecting "My Organization".

Set-up Tier 1 Management - a feature that allows you the ability to customize the assessment at the tier level.

Communicate with your assessors. Assessments completed at lower entities will have their results roll-up to their parent entity (Tier 1).

Utilize the interactive action plan to strategize a plan for your organization to prioritize and implement components identified as not fully implemented from the assessment.
